Hey, new to the forum here.
I'm a 38 year old scandinavian.
Been lifting for 15 years, on and off with various dedication.
I'm a sailor, wich is not always the best combination with continuity. But I try do best of it.
But it's easier now that I'm a older family-man and partying is not a part of my life anymore.
With age (and aches and pains), I've started move away from focus on pure strength and size, and more towards my physique and function.
