Ive been in sports my whole life and lifted but it wasn’t until 21 I started to really grasp the concept of nutrition and how proper training really affected my body. So I’ll actually say two good years of experience lifting 9 years over all picking weights up.
competed in one bodybuilding show so far. It was classic physique. I ended up placing 8th out of 22 ( gotta start somewhere) it was an eye opening experience as well as humbling and I plan on competing again in approximately 2 years so that I have time to grow and really focus on my goals ahead. Again thank you all!
