what do you perfer the most when making your protien shake ( milk ) or ( water ) when mixing. ? and do you all like to add some healthy goodness in them also. ?

That usually depended on my goals at any given time. If you're looking to put on some total mass I recommend using whole milk. If you're dieting then I would reccomend using just water. I use to also use Gatorade. Now, I just use water with one scoop whey, one scoop bone broth protein.

i like water in mine to cut back on the fat, and i like to throw some blueberries and maybe a banana in there with some ice and WHAM i got a good shake.

Water for me, because I add Gatorade powder and salt.

Exactly what Seeker said.
Timing is also important.
I use a lot of high quality whey isolate. anywhere from 3-5 servings a day. One in the morning with Breakfast. One post workout one right before bed. Then maybe one or two during the day between meals. All depends on the intensity of my training at the time.
Beware of the cheap low grade whey with tons of fillers.

Whole milk on bulk

Almond milk on cut.

I had one with almond milk yesterday. It was good! But it took half the container. Lol

I put 4 30g scoops in a shaker bottle with the least possible water to make it not solid. I draw five equal lines on the bottle and drinking them as shots throughout the day.

I quit drinking milk, alcohol, and sweet tea in January of 2018 ... really just to eliminate excess calories ... sweet tea was the hardest of the 3 to quit ... anymore who lives in southern US will understand ... so its water in my protein shakes ... I also thought eliminating milk would mean less acne ... it's made zero difference ...

When I was younger
I always used milk, bananas, yogurt, oatmeal
But these days I only use water,
And usually only one protein drink after my workout,
Sometimes a Gatorade,
I get most of my protein from whole foods

Water or milk, depending on my goals. I learned to use ice cold water vs water from the tap + ice cubes to give it a better consistency.

These days, I try to get most of my protein from whole foods though. The only protein supplements I have been on a jag of taking lately are protein bars.

I buy that premade ice coffee and make a shaker bottle in the morning with the concetrated ice coffee, some water, creatine hcl, and a scoop of vanilla syntha 6. It tastes so good, and I look forward to it every morning.

i make my own shakes like smoothie king. butter pecan ice cream, milk ,oats, peanut butter a banana and 3 scoops of nitro tech premium...high on isolates but that a bed time shake to get nutrients tru the night i use water mainly unless im short on calories that day
