Thanks guys, i started working out about 6 months ago at around 320 pounds of bodyweight, i am currently at around 265 pounds so i lost about 55 pounds. I lift pretty heavy at the gym but i'd say my weak spot is bench press. As i mentioned earlier, i am looking for some products that are relatively harmless that could help me in my fat loss and muscle gain journey. I have a cousin that is a pro boduibluider and won a lot of contests so i hope that i also inherited some of that good genetic stuff (won't reveal his identity).
