    Next cycle 12 weeks out

    Hey Guys
    I'm on a cruise atm at 175 mg Test cyp a week. Been 4 weeks and if my bloods come back good I want to jump into another cycle. I want to compete in Nov, so that means a lean bulk at best. What do you think of this:

    first 4 weeks
    600 test cyp ew
    500 tren ace ew
    var 50 ed

    next 6 weeks
    900 test cyp ew
    750 tren ace ew
    var 100 ed for weeks 5& 6 then taper off var.

    Here's an entirely different approach you may want to consider...

    You have about 16 weeks until the first week in November. So, if you ran short esters you could run a 2 part blast cycle with a nice bridge and enjoy the benefits of being ready for your show. Running the cycle you suggest does not maximize muscle building or leaning out (especially when you consider that you will have a tough time figuring out a diet). Lean bulking can work, but it's the last thing I would recommend prior to a show. Here are my thoughts on what you should do if you are up for it:

    ***continue with the 175mg EW of test Cyp so you can keep that in your system for when you cruise again***
    **run aromasin or adex throughout and continue as needed to avoid rebound**
    *run hcg as needed*

    Part 1 (weeks 1-6) - Eat above your normal range to gain
    Test Prop 500-750mg EOD
    Dbol 30-50mg ED (first 4 weeks only) or 40-60mg Tbol ED if you prefer

    Bridge (weeks 7-10) - Reduce Cals to below maintenance
    Test Prop 300mg EW
    Anavar 75-100mg ED

    Part 2 (weeks 11-16) - Reduce cals to 40% deficit (ex. - if 2,750 is maintenance cals then 1,650 cals is optimal deficit for most)
    Tren Ace 500mg EW (tren is very anti-catabolic and should be used in almost all preps to preserve muscle)
    Mast Ace 500mg EW (No need for proviron with the addition of mast, unless you need it because of a "comfort" issue)

    And for the last 10 days leading up to a show I don't think there is anything better than a Halo Run to dry you up. Here is my thought on that:

    Day 1 - 10mg
    Day 2 - 10mg
    Day 3 - 20mg
    Day 4 - 20mg
    Day 5 - 30mg
    Day 6 - 30mg
    Day 7 - 40mg
    Day 8 - 40mg
    Day 9 - 20mg
    Day 10 - 20mg

    The taper is more in an effort to control aggression than anything

    Also, before a few of you try to kill me for the "no test in part 2," remember.... he's running 175 mg Cyp the whole way through

    I think this cycle will put you in the driver's seat to have a very successful show. It's just a basis for what needs to be done, much more can be said about the diet/ancillaries/supplements/diuretics/training that need to accompany this.     Wow - that looks like a killer approach thanks GetSome. Not sure I'll follow it as I am working with 3J right now and into keto. Lost 20 lbs in 3 weeks - Yipes! I did start up the test/tren this week - we'll see how that works. Dropped a lot of belly fat, but still have the back fat (and overall) fat. SO many ways to go...
