See Savage's post on bodyweight exercises ... while most will scramble to buy things others will be focused on putting in the work ... I'm actually doing something different ... all bodyweight also ... 100 squats ... 100 pushups ... 100 situps ... 3 times a week ...was sore as fvck the 1st week ...

Thanks, I'll take a look - I also ordered the book overcoming gravity and will take a look at that as well

Someone else I spoke to said get some kettlebell, go to youtube and watch Enter the Kettlebell - Pavel Tsatsouline

I am in the midst of putting my home/garage gym together as well

I highly suggest some adjustable dumbbells ....... great space saver and a shit ton of lifts you can do

Bowflex makes one with good reviews

I bought a set of Weider 10-50lb DB's on Facebook marketplace and got a good deal

I love them
