there use to be a place that everyone recommended back in the day...perhaps piping rock....puritans pride

is there any faves that help save money that everyone grabs their essential vitamins, minerals and immune boosting items from?

i know amazon has a ton, but any other specific places ud recommend?

do we have a sticky somewhere?

if not can we get stickies started for :

vitamins/immune health

protein powders/powders in general (greens etc...)

anything else anyone can think of to add?

i feel this might help newbees and others that have been here for a while, and we can also throw down any deals we find in each category?

You cannot really “boost” your immune system.

The most critical way to ensure your immune system is healthy is sleep.

make sure you aren’t deficient in any vitamins: a once a day multivitamin will suffice. Ensure it has 800iu of vitamin D. More than 1000iu is counterproductive.

its a good subject as all people will have their opinions and find both for and against anything we all say

then u have things such as anti biotics that destroy ur immune system BUT:

from what ive learned;
over 70% of your immune system starts in the gut....flora... start there and get your gut right.... then focus on inflammation.... keep your gut flora balanced, or boosted, and keep your inflamation down (ginger, tumeric)

exercise, sleep 7 hours, eat healthy produce, vitamin D 1200iu, vitamin C, zinc, elderberry, echinacea...avoid sugars...

Incase someone wants to watch the video below:

@German...he's Canadiun eh....

I can't swear to it but I think fish oil caused me some problems. Switched to krill and haven't had any complaints. Omega 3s does a body good. I take a generic multi vit for the most part. l-arg, and l-citruline seems like it gives a mad pump to the swingin parts. So, I'll probably OD on those at some point.. plus Calcium, potassium, magnesium and NAC are my go to's

Krill cost twice as much as regular fish oil & I was told the only reason you would need to take the krill version is,
If you're burping up & getting a fishy after taste? My remedy for tht is to make sure you take tht & all vitamins w plenty of water!

I’ve always took a multivitamin, fish oil and Hawthorne berry. Taking some emergen-c and vitamin d3 also. All of mine are coming from amazon.
