Yeah don't beat yourself up...Look it's simple,if you don't like how something taste, you are not going to drink it........If it's not fun or rewarding you're not going to do it either...Don't make it a job you don't want to go too..Not going to BS you,it's work BUT once you start seeing results,,you will get up early and drink that nasty crap..!!
