    The science of well being

    Yale’s most popular course ever.

Free and online. An excellent use of your spare time.

I plan on enrolling next week.

We live on an island of knowledge surrounded
    by a sea of ignorance.
As our island of knowledge grows,
so too does the shore of our ignorance.

Nice find. It looks like there may be a cost for some of the extras but the course lectures seem to be free.

I also enrolled and completed week 1. Great idea for something positive to do during lock-down/social distancing

Here are the two surveys to establish your baseline happiness before the course
    PERMA Profiler
    Authentic Happiness Inventory

I enrolled on like the last day. I didn't see there was a deadline. Thank god I did. Started yesterday listening/reading the intro stuff.

I tried to get a few friends to enroll too but, I don't think they care too.

    Thank you, Sir :$
