Hey guys...hope you don't mind old men. 67 yrs old (not your average one though), been a gym rat for the most part of the last 40 yrs. Came off of a 6 yr layoff 1 1/2 yrs ago and am starting to look half way decent. 5'9", 184 lbs, ectomorph. I was so out of shape when I started back I thought I'd never even bench 225 again, but my last workout before the gym closed I did 5 sets of 5 at 225 and was steadily progressing, so I've still got a little bit in the tank. In fact I didn't even try to do benches for the first 8 months and mainly tried to drop body fat. Went from around 197 lbs to 170 lbs which was the lightest I'd been in probably 35 yrs, then started doing more lifting and now up to 184. Anyway I came here to learn a bit because I've never done a cycle and it's on my bucket list :^ )
