Is it a bar with bands? I saw something like that when I googled it. There are bands but I don't think it'll have much in terms of resistance. I'd recommend getting some elitefts long bands. You can squat, GM, OHP, etc with them and you have get different resistance amounts due to different thicknesses.

It’s max fitness pro.com I have a total gym n I’m waiting on a weighted vest to make it harder. I just really can’t do much legs. It probably doesn’t have that much so I thought id ask. Everyone is buying everything so I was just wondering if someone has here. I’m finding if I hit my total gym for 35 min twice a day I feel pretty good. So I just need to find a leg workout
