Hey everyone,
I was wondering how tired you “should” feel when your in a calorie deficit. I’ve been trying to lose a little body fat..... again. So I looked up my macros and calories. For my activity level and workout regime the calories came out to 2100. I’ve been around 1950 everyday.
But today I noticed during my workout (calisthenics) I was real low on energy. The reason I was under the 2100 is because I have a slow metabolism and was concerned that was too high with my current low activity level. But I’m thinking of moving my calories up to 2050.
current setup and weight:
bw I think is around 228-230
calories 1950
protein 150-170 grams
carbohydrate 120-200 grams
fat 80-120 grams
