Hi everyone,

I have just bought some 5-AT pills by Brawn nutrition (anti-cortisol supp).

Does anyone have any experience with these or similar and the average pros/cons?

Are they hard on the liver or organs?

Will they make your tits grow?

Do they change your testosterone level while on them and then lose gains after?

When I bought them the brief description sounded good for me, but since then I'm quite confused as I couldn't find much general info wherever I searched

Thanks in advance

No idea. Generally, supplements are a waste of money. If they are effective they are usually harsh pro hormones, soon to be outlawed.

Thanks for the reply,

Figured I'd give them a try but seems hard to find concrete info on it.

Thanks for the welcome :32 (1):

Welcome aboard!

x2, what Jin said. Limited upside, major downside for prohormones. Supps are mostly bollocks, waste of money.

Guess I may give them a miss then going by what you guys are saying. Didn't think they were as harsh as other prohormones, was hoping they might help with the whole possible cortisol caused by stress battle. Thanks for the replies :)

You could try transdermal beta andro. Non hormonal anti-cortisol with other health benefits or for something a little stronger 11-kt/11-oxo.
