Dude is making/selling concrete dumbells/plates lolol

$.70/lb vs the going rate of $2.50-$3/lb for rusty ass chewed up weights.

I guess, why not for bench/squat but for sure can't deadlift with them

Get rubber mats to pull or make wooden boxes.

I just came up on a brand new adjustable bench, barbell and 65lbs in plates today from a side job I did today. 10 weeks too late but I'm stoked, just gonna need to get some weights now.

got the bench setup, not bad, problem is the barbell I got is a 5ft/25lb barbell.
cool for accessory stuff, had a blast today actually holding a barbell with weight on it in my hands.
on the lookout for a standard 7ft/45lb barbell and some more plates...

yea the bumper plate prices are even more insane.
Metalhead has a thread up with his buddy that is manufacturing gym equipment as well as plates i will most likely go through.
Sent out a couple messages for barbells tonight, hopefully hear back tomorrow.
I have already worked out what needs to be done to add an easily removable extension to my galvanized pull-up bar set up for squats, have all the parts on my work truck.

for sure, and I'll take full advantage of that when it happens.
for now I'm trying to get some sort of halfway decent setup.
10 weeks of training with resistance bands, not trying to add 24 more weeks to that, would be nice to actually get back to building muscle.
