it is awesome that you are not letting ur accident dictate ur training.
i fell 4 stories and just got back to working out in feb of last year after a 5 yr lay off. the gains came back pretty quick. ill never be like i was but im not doing too bad for 40 i guess.
Best of luck on ur rehab and if u have a question just ask, as long as its not where to get peds...
