I've been consistently eating approx. 1800-1900cals a day, on average, around 120g of protein per day(idk fat/carbs, don't track), and doing the Fierce 5 Novice Dumbbell routine(as per the gyms being closed).

An idea of how I've improved:(these are not all of the lifts/exercises I've been doing).
Dumbbell lunges 3x8: Beginning: Used 30lbs each hand. Now: 50lbs each hand(maxed out dumbbell set).
Dumbbell bench press 3x8: Beginning: 30lbs. Now: 45lbs.
Dumbbell overhead press 3x8: Beginning: 10lbs. Now: 30lbs.
Bicep Dumbbell Curls 3x10: Beginning: 8-10lbs. Now: 20lbs.

Max chin-ups: Beginning: 0, dangled at the bar(literally). Now: 6 full chin ups.
Max pull ups: Beginning: 0. Now: 5.
Max pushups: Beginning: 7. Now: 30.

My weight both before and after, at 5'8: 132lbs
(in my first post I'd said around 120s, but I was dehydrated and VERY quickly regained weight into the low 130s).

Pls try to ignore lighting, couldn't make it equal.

Good job! Can tell your starting to get some muscle seperation, and you know it's getting serious when you get a good bicep vein!

Keep on pushing, and good luck on recovery.

I have some experience with what your going through brother. I was a wrestler in college and we couldn’t eat much back then. I would eat a nice big meal then go throw it up. Glad that is behind me and hopefully it will be a memory for you and no longer a problem for you.
Keep doing what your doing.

Great work brother.

You should be PROUD. So, stand up straight, shoulders back and next time you take a photo keep in mind that you are dominating your obstacles and kicking ass!

keep at the same routine for at least another month or two. It’s working for you.

That’s awesome man. Keep at it! See what eating right and working out did in a short amount of time?

Stick with it and you’ve got an amazing story to tell.

I struggled with bulimia in high school, I’m so proud of you for taking care of yourself and putting in the hard work. Your progress is a testament to the fact you’re moving in the right direction!

Awesome job buddy, so proud of you!!!!

I see you've maxed out your weight set with your 3x8 lunges. Time to go for 3x10"s. Progression!!! When you're able to, buy a few more plates to put on those DBs.

Keep up the good work!!!

The height of my bulimia. I was around 112lbs at this point, if I recall correctly. This was the littlest I ever got. I would lightly faint at least once a day.
