I've been consistently eating approx. 1800-1900cals a day, on average, around 120g of protein per day(idk fat/carbs, don't track), and doing the Fierce 5 Novice Dumbbell routine(as per the gyms being closed).
An idea of how I've improvedthese are not all of the lifts/exercises I've been doing).
Dumbbell lunges 3x8: Beginning: Used 30lbs each hand. Now: 50lbs each hand(maxed out dumbbell set).
Dumbbell bench press 3x8: Beginning: 30lbs. Now: 45lbs.
Dumbbell overhead press 3x8: Beginning: 10lbs. Now: 30lbs.
Bicep Dumbbell Curls 3x10: Beginning: 8-10lbs. Now: 20lbs.
Max chin-ups: Beginning: 0, dangled at the bar(literally). Now: 6 full chin ups.
Max pull ups: Beginning: 0. Now: 5.
Max pushups: Beginning: 7. Now: 30.
My weight both before and after, at 5'8: 132lbs
(in my first post I'd said around 120s, but I was dehydrated and VERY quickly regained weight into the low 130s).
Pls try to ignore lighting, couldn't make it equal.
