    Post Em Up!! What are you guys eating to keep your weight??

    Alright.. I want to know what every ones diet plan is of now and what your goals are! Maintaining, cutting, bulking, etc. I want to know. As of now I am just trying to hold 240 so my diet looks like this:

    Meal 1: 1 cup oatmeal, 12 egg-whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 cup grapefruit juice
    Meal 2: 12oz ground turkey, 5oz pasta
    Meal 3: 10oz ground turkey, 5oz pasta
    Meal 4: 10oz chicken (usually put bbq sauce on it), 5oz sweet potato
    Meal 5: 2 peanut butter sandwiches, 1 banana
    Meal 6 : 12oz tilapia, 5oz sweet potato
    Meal 7: 2 non-fat yoplait yogurt cups (6oz each), 20 almonds, and a protein shake

    Calories: 4000-4500 calories
    Macro Breakdown (ballpark range): 50/30/20

    I need diet training and will fine tune eventually but this is what it is Monday through Friday weekends are some variation of it usually less food though i get side tracked

    meal 1 4 hole eggs 2 hole wheat toast dry 1 1/2 cup honey nut Cheerios 1 cup skim milk 1 cup oj 1/4 cup steel cut oats raw
    meal 2 2 hard boiled eggs
    meal 3 1cup light and fit yogurt 1 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese mixed w/ 1/2 cup special K
    meal 4 4oz chicken salad 4 tbl spoon light dressing 2 hb eggs
    meal 5 1 can tuna mixed with spicy mustard hot sauce and jalapeno/sweet pickle
    meal 6 turkey sand. w/ spicy mustard on hole wheat
    post work out shake 1 scoop whey iso water
    meal 7 12 oz chix or steak occasionally pork chop always veggies and or brown rice
    casine protein b4 bed 1 tbl spoon peanut butter

    3200 cal give or take keeps me level between 217 and 220

    I have been on this diet for a few months now with great results. I have added a little to it here and there. I am on week 3 of my test deca cycle so i will be upping it next week a bit.

    meal 1: 1 1/2 cups oatmeal, 8 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, one cup of skim milk
    meal 2: 8 oz of turkey with 6 pieces of bread
    meal 3: 8 oz chicken 10 oz potatoe, 1 cup salad, 1 tbsp peanut butter
    meal 4: 8 oz fish or chicken 10 oz potatoes, 1 cup salad, 1 tbsp peanut butter
    meal 5: protein shake, bagle, and a banana
    meal 6: 8 oz new york strip steak, 1 cup of brocilli, 1 tbsp peanut butter

    Not sure the calories exactly but somewhere around 3500- 4000. I am 180lbs right now and growing. I stay around 8% - 10% bf.

    damn grizzld and coke... yalls diets sound good though. shit is making me hungry!! mine is blah as hell but i will look like jared before the subway diet if i come off and eat whatever i want

    #3 1 can tuna 1 tbl spoon mayo and dave's killer bread
    #4 1 bowl Kashi go lean cereal 1 cup nf milk
    #5 12 oz newyork potatoe garden salad and 1/2 avacado
    #6 1 tbl sp evoo 1/2 cup nf cottage ch protein shake and chobani strawberry yogurt

    My diet is proprietary information courtesy of Spongy at Helios Nutrition. I'm on a cut to make sure I make the 242 weight class in August at my comp. Normally, cause I'm a powerlifter I eat whatever the hell I want... I miss those days but I'm makin progress. My diet is a carb cycle and is very low on fats but plenty of carbs on training days.
