Is it possible for the pin to leak out afterwards?

Just asking I know a little can come out but do you think enough to greatly lower the dosage?

Just asking had a spot on my boxers right on the pin spot that was not blood just some of the shit came out I believe just checking if it's cool or pin a little more to be safe need every drop I can get right now.

Also any suggestions on what to do so I do not keep getting the damn bubble in my ass cheeks? I tried warming up the oil tried slower pinning even massaging it afterwards still get it most of the time.

I leave the needle in for several seconds after and apply immediate pressure when I take the needle out.

Don't sweat it. Have you heard about Z-track injection? If you have your wife doing the injections it's an option.
