Expanding on what we know about hematocrit also known as HCT or polycythemia and last weeks topic
How different steroids impact hematocrit I would like to discuss what remedies beyond blood donation and phlebotomy our members use to reduce hematocrit levels.
I have heard grapefruit is beneficial in lowering HCT. Has anybody tried this?
Some will use a baby aspirin daily while on cycle to counter the effects of high HCT. Have you tried this?
I have heard IP6 and Enalapril have been used successfully to lower hematocrit.
What other remedies do you employ to contain or lower your Hematocrit levels while on a cycle?
I recently read a thread on another website that intense cardio will bring HCT down via exercise induced anemia. Does this make sense to you? How?
Lets discuss....
