So for maybe 4 months I got a doc for trt. He is more recomp sports.
If I start to run short on test I just call the pharm. I add to his being on cycle now.
My bloods came Tuesday test is over 1500 he said thats good on the high side
But my retro is 4 times the limit so he got me a blocker . here is the question
My joints are always sore all over. I have read this would do it?
Also my pecker wasnt working perfect. He got,me 90 supply cialis . Damn works awesome.
He also asked if I ever did deca... I have just never knew he could prescribe it.
He said sure for joint relief . So got that too. So hoping . funny at first I told him my joints hurt. He said dude your 50 shits gunna hurt. Also got meloxicam from him which has helped alot.

Is this at a clinic?

IIWM I would work on that estrogen until the pecker gets back to life. Then use Cialis for icing on the cake (penis cake?).

High e2 is likely your culprit for the erection issue.

Happy you found an accommodating doctor.

e2 helps bone mineral density so blocking it with an ai is could negatively impact your joints. also etrogen is important for erections and sexual health as well as maintaining healthy cholesterol levels. ai is going to mess up cholesterol levels with long term use. been learning about this recently and it seems there is a lot of potential damage that can be caused by long term uses of ai. check out these videos... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGfVthtT_Kk and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bo8IEgTiuZM

How about the effects of long term elevated e2?

AI’s do have side effects. The healthiest way to avoid them is to pick a low enough dose of test (TRT) that you don’t need to take one.

Too little e2 and too much are both problematic.

I am on cycle now so it went up .. Before cycle it was on the low end of the scale.
The doc seems to know what is needed. Plus he shoots . he is a pretty built dude.

estrodial is not the issue. lots of bro science wants to jump the e2 is bad without considering that e2 is responsible for sexual health, bone density, protecting your heart, keeping blood flow smooth and a myriad of other benefits. doctors get this wrong all of the time also. they look at correlations but not actual causations. just b/c in one study that showed women on exogenous non bioavailable estrogens had health issues does not mean estrogen causes health issues. There is a very big difference between taking something which doesn't exist naturally in the body and aromatization. It's also important to point out that aromatization from synthetic anabolics unlike testosterone by also have different effects. For example not saying this scenario is what fits you but just to demonstrate what I mean. Some doctors don't always set someone up on a good protocol and they end up feeling more side effects b/c of that. If someone were to be on one larger injection per week versus more smaller injections the hormone levels spike and then continue to drop which will end up with symptoms not being helped long term. There is much more to keeping hormone levels steady than the half life as the way these chemicals interact within our bodies is much different in practice than in pitri dish studies. Someone with low shbg for example is going to have an even harder time on less frequent injections. Cheers and best of success getting dialed in on your protocol.
