    Wide grip pull ups 3x12
    Ss w/tricep overhead extensions 3x15

    Bench press:
    Worked up to 355x3 w/reverse bands
    Had more in the tank but my forearm said otherwise

    Krock rows 3x15
    Kick backs 3x20
    Tricep push downs 3x20
    Face pulls 3x15
