3 grilled chicken breast, Jasmine brown rice, asparagus, w a side of ass! Crystal light lemonade to wash it all down!

right now... tortilla chips and 7 layer bean dip. why? cause powerlifting ;)

im looking into resistance training right now my fat ass needs to drop 30-40 lbs can’t dedicate myself to cardio

Just had 50 gm Karbolyn with 50 gm whey. In another 30 minutes 12 oz baked cod and 2 pieces of cornbread. About 2 hours after that 1 cup (dry weight) oatmeal and 2 cups egg whites.

made a chicken salad last night. ate 2 breast and a pretty big bag of salad with some lite raspberry vinaigrette about 30 cal a serving
