How Much Coffee do you drink daily?

Hey so serious question and maybe its been asked, I didnt look too hard just being honest.

How much Coffee is too much? By Coffee I am talking black Coffee no sugar, spices or additives.

Upon waking I drink a pot (your standard 12 cup coffee pot) of Coffee throughout my morning ritual. Often times I will brew a 2nd pot and cunsume that throughout my day. Usually just the 2 pots but on a rare occasion I will get a 3rd pot going.

I do throw several bottles of water in there especially on days I workout.

Coffee is good for you. Every study says so. Also there is no point at which consuming excessively results in adverse affects.

Too much caffeine is subjective.

I have 3-4 espresso drinks a day.

I've never had any adverse effects from this level of consumption, so long as I cease use 6ish hours before bedtime.

the starbucks decaf's are really good

any other decaf ive tried is gross.

Sounds like me. I’ve never been able to acquire a taste for coffee at all.
