Amino Acids - Before, During and/or After Workouts? Thoughts?

I gained 15 lbs on my last test/deca cycle using aminos during my workout.

My next cycle was treadmill/stairclimber using aminos during my workouts and I lost 10 lbs.

They worked both times.

I do:

BCAAs pre-workout
EAAs + L-Glutamine intra-workout
EAAs + L-Leucine post workout

i'll usually take BCAAs just to drink during my workout because it has a decent amount of caffeine in it so i'll generally take it if it has been a long day or just not feeling it. helps keep the pep in my step a little bit past the preworkout.
