Seeking Advice on Current Cycle

Started 500 Test/wk, 30 dbol/day, two weeks ago.

Plan was to run the dbol first 4 weeks. Then I decided to try to run Var 4 weeks on the tail end of this.

So my question is, should I get bloodwork a week after stopping the dbol to get my liver enzymes checked? If they look ok, I can run the Var? (this is what I've been thinking I should do)

Is coming off of Var & Test going to be much different than coming off Test alone?

4 weeks between dbol and var should be enough time to recover before starting var, throw in tudca in between to help the liver repair out as well.

I think it depends more on how long your cycle is and how many weeks between orals. Regardless of blood work, I personally would not run Two methyls in a 10-12 week cycle. Now if it were a 14-16 week cycle and 8 weeks between orals then Yes.

I think it depends more on how long your cycle is and how many weeks between orals. Regardless of blood work, I personally would not run Two methyls in a 10-12 week cycle. Now if it were a 14-16 week cycle and 8 weeks between orals then Yes.

I was thinking about going 12-16 weeks depending on how things are going.

any brand of tudca will do, i jsut buy whatever is a good price on amazon. 500mg is a good dose, can split it up morning and night, or all at once either was works.

Dose and duration..and some orals are more toxic..how much var?..30 of Dbol is on the low end... Can't compare Var to Superdrol..or Halo

Var 40 mg / day? What do you suggest? This is my first time using it, so trying to be conservative.

What are you hoping to get from var? Goals of the cycle etc?

Well main goal is to gain muscle mass, but without getting fat at the same time. I've heard some good things about the aesthetic qualities var contributes to that got me interested in trying it (lean mass, definition, vascularity).

I want to make progress with my lifting too. I've been stuck in the same weight range for the past 9 mos up until now. It has been really frustrating.

If that's the case I would change up training and not lean on gear..but if I'd was trying to add lean mass with where you're at I'd look at added NPP..and save the var..

peds or not, not happening.
unless you go the looooooong and steady route.
not sure where your current physique is at but my best advice is to get lean first, get that solid base and build slowly from that.
if you stay on top of your diet and eat clean foods, track ur macros in the process you can put on size and stay relatively lean (compared to the average shrek).
i have bulked up several times and always maintained a visible outline of abs while putting on size, but thats because i first got down to that and then built from there, at a steady pace.
i know it sucks youll lose size and strength but end game you will look better and be stronger.
no compound will mitigate a solid diet, proper training and ya just might have to throw in some cardio along the way.
also the aesthetic qualities of compounds such as var, winny, mast etc are really only noticeable at low bodyfat.
this is my take on things as i know it and have experienced it, feel free to correct me where im wrong here brothers.

I totally agree. I'm pretty lean already with a solid muscle base, albeit I'm small compared to everyone else here. You can see outline of my abs (top part and obliques show). My diet is pretty good too. I have 2 trainers I've worked with over the past year and a half.

One is a nutrition specialist and had me doing food logs for 6 months and going over all that with me. So I am pretty good at keeping my diet balanced.

So I think I have the basic stuff down. The one thing I don't have is the multiple years experience lifting, or experience with ped's.

PEDs are complicated,what works for some may not for others..then there's all this sides.. I've been cycling since 97 and I'm still learning..I started because nothing worked for gaining size..what I came to find out was that nutrition was my weakness..then of course proper training.. I thought all I needed was juice..it took years of doing a lot wrong to realize that the juice was only a small % of the whole...

I think TUDCA works well with healing and rejuvenation. Though I don’t think it does dick while your ingesting a toxic methylated oral.
Imo it’s utilized best once you come off the toxic agent.

It's a science...finding what works for you then your body gets used to it..round and round..my.o2..stick to the basic compound exercises switch between heavy then light high reps.. do more research and development.. it's a marathon not a sprint..3 to 4 times a wk..every week..every month..every year... it's taken me decades to figure the simple shit out..learn from the Masters,save some time ,be open minded...Good Luck Brother
