    New Guy.... Help lol

    Hey My names andy new guy here looking to start getting into better shape.....

    My whole life ive suffered from sleep apnea and low testosterone and never knew it until recent.... These two things had my life in turmoil no energy no metabolism couldnt ever lose weight got man boobs tired all the time terrible... should have caught it alot sooner....

    I now got it all under control i take 200 mg of cypionate every 2 weeks now... I wanted to start lifting and working out and doing cardio but wanna take something to see bigger gains.... Looking for some advice to guide me in the right direction...

    Im worried about to much T because i heard it can make the man boobs worse? Any tips on anything let me know!! Thanks.

    Is that 200mg every 2 weeks from a doctor? You should be injecting once per week and im sure most guys here will agree. Also test will give you lots of gains especially if you are going from hypogonadism to normal levels..good diet and good training is all you really need from here...well except taking your test once per week. Control your estrogen and control your boobs...welcome

    you just started trt, good.
    go with that for the next year and learn how to train and diet.
    you dont need to run a cycle to lose bodyfat, you need to workout and eat in a caloric deficit. period.
    and yes, cardio.
    take that as far as you can, refine it best you can, and then if you are still interested you can look i to running a cycle.

    Welcome to the Underground. My advise would be to stay at your present dose, if prescribed by a dr. Although most prescribe weekly injections not every 2 weeks. also get on a cpap for the apnea. You’ll feel much better

    It's a major rookie mistake to jump on the juice train right out of the gate. We're talking about seriously powerful drugs that alter your endocrine system in multiple ways, often permanently. It's not like smoking a joint for the first time so don't treat the gear decision that way. Stick with the test only for right now. You need to gain experience with training naturally as possible for years before you start screwing around with gear. Get your macros in order & start with a full body workout X 3 a week. You'll make the best gains you'll ever make in your life in the first year of training. After that, it slows WAY down.

    I think once you get the energy from the test injections, you will be more active in the gym which I. Turn my help you cut fat. Cutting the fat will definitely help with the sleep apnea. It did for me anyway. It takes a long time to feel right on a trt dose. Give it some time and see what you can do on that dose for a long time! Good luck andy
