I assumed it was yours. Less interested in whose. More interested in how and why.
I can’t donate blood because of a previous, specific cancer diagnoses.
I periodically do a therapeutic phlebotomy to
keep my RBC in check.
Apsirin, hydration, 18g needle in the arm vein and a good amount of effort (raising BP by flexing diaphragm ect) yield half a pint in about 5-7 minutes.
