I can’t donate blood because of a previous, specific cancer diagnoses.

I periodically do a therapeutic phlebotomy to
keep my RBC in check.

Apsirin, hydration, 18g needle in the arm vein and a good amount of effort (raising BP by flexing diaphragm ect) yield half a pint in about 5-7 minutes.

Nah, going to far is pouring that all over myself and taking a picture and posting it here per Jol’s recommendation.

Problem is the blood coagulates too quickly. Like a jelly by the time I’m done.
