Final update.

Dr called. Turns out I had stage 1 seminoma cancer. Thankfully it was stage 1 meaning it was still all in the testicle. I've opted to go with observation over radiation.

I'll be having bloodwork and ct scans every 3-4 months a year making sure it doesn't grow again in my lymph nodes and such.
