some I use a meme builder but most just google image search most likely if you think of something someone already made it lol the custom ones you can just make your self.

Ty yeah she’s just in pain and this covid shit slowed down the doctors visits but I need her to hurry up and get it fixed I don’t like her taking meds for extended periods of time. I don’t trust that shit that’s how people catch addictions.
