New member, 31yo male looking to do first show early next year depending on (COVID). Was 2 weeks away from a show May of 2019 and ended up having to pass and get hernia surgery. Have 15 years experience with training, 5 years knowledge in anabolics. (Still dont know shit Looking forward to being part of the forum

recovery was tough took about 6months till I could touch a dumbbell again. Was a umbilical hernia (had 2 about 1” apart from each other).
