I've been out of weight training and practically everything from diet to well resting. I'm 38 and have 5 daughters and a son ages starting at 6 to 14. The oldest girls are getting bigger in sports and I need to get back in shape. My current stats are 165 lbs. 5 '9" 7% body fat, I'm on the light side of my walking around weight. Its been at least 2 years since I had a proper regimen in place. I've used some great gear and had awesome results. My goal at the moment is to naturally gain 15 lbs bulking through the winter and cut come spring. In the mean time I'll be reading up and getting a solid routine down.
