HCGenerate for Post Cycle Therapy – The Scam

HCGenerate is sold as a Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) product that works as a potent testosterone booster. It is falsely promoted to help the body to recover and regain its natural hormonal balance after taking synthetic hormones for a period of time.

Why Do Bodybuilders Use HCGenerate?

Many bodybuilders and athletes use performance-enhancing compounds such as Testosterone, Dianabol and SARMS in order to gain muscle and boost performance; especially for those who compete at the pro-level. However, the use of such anabolic/androgenic steroids to enhance performance results in an unpleasant side effect: the shutdown of HPTA. HPTA is an acronym for hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular-axis and it is usually used to refer to the combined functions of the hypothalamus, pituitary gland as well as the testes by speaking of them as a single system. This shutdown results in testicular atrophy (the testicles shrinking in size) and a significant drop in libido.

HCGenerate scam uncovered

This is where the HCGenerate scam comes in. After several weeks of using androgens, this nutritional supplement is promoted in PCT to restore the size of the atrophied testicles and to improve sexual performance. Athletes know the importance of post cycle therapy and the huge difference it makes, especially considering the fact that these side effects can be embarrassing and affect self-esteem.

How does HCGenerate Work?

HCGenerate is promoted to shield the HPTA from being damaged or inhibited through the use of steroids or any other chemical or compound. When steroids are taken orally or through subcutaneous injections, the body shuts down the production of its own androgen (testosterone) because it detects the presence of the additional androgenic hormones. This is the HPTA shutdown that is mentioned above, and it’s the reason why some of the gains made during the steroid cycle are eroded. This is because the body will be producing little or no testosterone to support the new muscle mass. HCGenerate was evaluated in a study at the University of Arizona in 2014 and shown to have no positive effect on restoring HPTA resulting from steroid use.

The organs in the HPTA system work together to secrete vital hormones which in turn ensure high levels of testosterone are maintained in the body. These hormones (GnRH, LH and FSH) enable the body to stay strong and muscular. HCGenerate has herbal compounds which claim to prevent the body from detecting or discovering the presence of the significantly higher levels of androgen that are from the steroids however this has never been proven and in fact one of these compounds is known to cause cancer. When the body feels its own levels of testosterone are going down, it is forced to continue producing the GnRH, LH and FSH hormones. These three hormones now stimulate Leydig cells found in the testicles to produce more testosterone. When these cells are functional, they will retain their normal size, hence reversing the testicular atrophy.

HCGenerate should never be used in post cycle therapy.

What Are the Compounds Used in Making HCGenerate?

Fadogia Agrestis

Fadogia Agrestis is indigenous to Africa, and it has been used in tests on animal however never been tested on human beings. It is the main ingredient of HCGenerate. Research published in the Asia Journal of Andrology revealed that Fadogia agrestis does not increase the production of testosterone. The study also found out that Leydig cells were actively stocking up on cholesterol hurt testosterone production. This explains why the plant has not been used for human consuption in the past because it shows no positive results.

Fenugreek

Fenugreek is regarded as a magic herb because of its many benefits. It is added to HCGenerate for promotional purposes however there is no scientific evidence to show it is effective for PCT use. Proper PCT helps to keep cholesterol levels in the body while increasing the levels of testosterone. Fenugreek also contains a compound called 4-hydroxyisoleucine which is claimed by NTBM marketing to work in a similar way to insulin by encouraging muscle gain however it is simply an amino acid and does not mimic insulin in any way.

Bulgarian Tribulus Terrestris

This plant is found in Eastern Europe and much of the eastern hemisphere. Bulgarian Tribulus Terrestris has been tested in animal however never on humans and has not been shown to have any positive effects on natural testosterone. It is part of the HCGenerate formula and promoted with Fadogia and Fenugreek to produce incredible which as false claims, in fact it is reported around various forums that the only effects are a reduction in libido and erectile dysfunction.

3,4-divanillyltetrahydrofuran

Found in the stinging nettle root, this compound is falsely claimed to stimulate SHBG (the sex hormone binding globulin) to release its testosterone reserves. The higher levels of this male hormone promote repair of muscle cells helping the athlete to recover quickly from workouts. It is also claimed to increase sperm count. The fact is it has no positive effect on SHBG at all.

HCGenerate is a scam that is overpriced and shows no positive benefit as a post cycle therapy alternative. Many people who have used it are claiming have had to search other options for PCT after having no positive benefits from HCGenerate. Before embarking on a cycle, one should ensure that PCT is well planned for so that the side effects of synthetic steroids are reversed. HCGenerate should be avoided at all costs for every man that wants to gain more muscle and maintain healthy sexual functions post cycle.
