Has anyone ever used vegetable juice to mix with your protein shake? Is it too much to absorb? I am sure it'll taste like shit but before I spend big change on a juicer, I'd like to hear feedback.

My wife bought a juicer after watching a documentary on Netflix.

If you want an idea of what it will taste like imagine a cucumber having such violent diarrhea that it made a carrot vomit. Now picture that in a glass mixed with your protein powder.

Juicer is good to have in kitchen along with the blender, mixer, toaster, crockpot, waffle maker, coffee maker, rice cooker, etc. Tools of the kitchen every meat head should have. Did a miss any?

No, but I know Muscle Feast has unflavored protein, so something like that should not be much of a problem.

Slow masticating juicers retain the most nutrients and produce the most juice. They are expensive but worth it imo.

Many juicers in the videos I watched use a small amount of either lemon or lime which acts as a binding agent.

So, even if you are doing a veggie juice you may want to consider a little bit of one of those to bring the flavors together.

Vitamix worth it?

Just for shakes? Probably not. And there are juicers that are better for juicing.

But it’s the best blender hands down and great for culinary use.

I would think protein powder mixed with vegetable juice from a juicer might come out way too thick unless you really watered it down.
For my shakes I use a Ninja. I think it's the current $80 version with the 16 and 24 oz cups but it was probably more like $45 years ago when I bought it.
