What’s up everyone? New member here. I am a 36 year old guy from the north east. Only been lifting for a few years. It has become a passion and I like to learn as much as I can about it. Have not experimented with anything outside of what you can get at the store. Not getting any younger and eventually might want to get into it. Just educating myself more than anything. Right now I am good with eating a surplus and lifting a bunch. Great reads in here.
