We're do I start my ex girlfriend threw away my adex I'm having issues! From my knee to my ankle I can push down hard with two fingers and it leaves a big indentation! In the past I used adex but my friends and source says Nolvadex what do you guys think. I'm 6'0 270 I'm overweight and full of water. Besides stopping pop intake and cardio what other all natural supps can I take to lose water and weight. I do have 20mg pharma lasix pills is it okay to take 1 are those bad for you? Please help.

I was 6 ft 270 for a period. Holy fuk it was both fun and a nightmare at the same time. Too much damn work to maintain, sleeping was a bitch, would tire quickly by end of day, ( no naps like Bricks) breathing sucked, even tying my shoes was a challenge. But damn I was large af! The pumps were pretty insane as well.

Where you start is ordering more adex. Dandelion root drops water like a champ! I use 1000-1500mg with meals but seriously if you're holding that much you gotta fix your diet dude, you're making that worse on your own.
