Is anyone using this? I've read the side effects on the internet, but I want to hear about real experiences as it could be different from person to person. Anyone? :)

9mg is my dose.
To me the only downside is it is tougher to fall asleep if you run out or forget it on vacation.

Even at 5mg I felt "foggy" 1/2 way through the next day, and still I would wake up 2-3 times. Was the quality of sleep better? Maybe, wasn't worth feeling off all day at work to me.

This is the only real side effect i get from it.

I take 10mgs every night. Can mostly sleep through the night, but the foggy feeling is usually present the next day. Not so bad if i go to the gym first thing, but on an off day, it's really bad.

Also, does not really work, for me anyway, with insomnia brought on by tren.

5mg and a hit of Indica and I sleep like a baby. I wake up kinda foggy but as soon as I actually get out of bed I'm fine.

Didn't do shit for me but everyone seems to have different results. It's a good place to start searching for better sleep.

Redcon1 has a product called Fadeout that works pretty well, I think it contains 3mg melatonin amongst other ingredients. Not a fan of the taste.

Melatonin is always a hit or miss for me. Some nights it works great. Some nights it doesn't do anything at all.

Melatonin shouldnt have any sides unless you take too much.

Ive taken 20mg and still couldnt fall asleep.

Everyone is different but I would say it is one of the safer places to start if youre looking for sleep aid.

It doesnt really help me but Ive always had trouble falling asleep.

Melatonin does have a ceiling effect so over a certain amount it will not have increased effects. I take 1mg and it knocks me out. Now you need to make sure after you take it you are laying in bed trying to sleep. None of that TV on or looking at your phone shit stimulates your body. Proper sleep hygiene with melatonin works great. I do know for some individuals it does not work. Peak plasma concentrations about 60min.

Melatonin half life is only 30-50 minutes so it can't really be doing anything the next day.
I am not sure it is even proven to give you better sleep but shift your clock to sleep earlier. My clock always wants to stay up way late. I don't feel like I have ever really woke up less.

I agree the effect is different individually. It's best if you try it yourself. Melatonin is safe, so you really don't have anything to worry about.

Mostly, people who don't find much benefit from it are the ones who have had sleep issues prior. Give it a try, and let us know how it goes for you.
