Greetings everyone!
I have been lifting weights and doing cardio off and on since I was a teenager and never quite made the results I was looking for. Even while in the marines and running miles and miles every day I was always soft looking. Now I'm looking hard at 30 and ready to admit I just dont know what I'm doing. There's so much info and garbage out there now its hard to tell whats what. I grew up in a household of atkins dieters so carbs are the devil. Ill be posting photos and take any advice given.
