Everyone responds differently to certain macros. For islnstance, I never go above 250g carbs per day. I'm usually in the 100s because that's what's most beneficial to me. I know a lot of people who routinely consume 400g+ with great results.

That being said, I can appreciate the OP. Thanks for posting.

I've also noticed it much harder to at weight at the gym in near the same time period, I know those are connected. I've been old school eggs all day lately.

Bloodwork from a few weeks ago hdl-42 ldl-65. Usually my ldl is up towards 100 or slightly over on blast and Iíve never had my hdl 40 or above on blast, typically low 30. So Pretty damn good for week 12 of my largest cycle ever.

You are right CJ. Looking back I chose poor wording and should have been more clear. I was not referring to everyone, just people doing resistance training or other athletics. I didnít think about including that because I thought that would be my only audience reading it. I would edit my post if I still could. If a mod would like to I am on board with that.

Your brain needs glucose to fuel itself. In fact without the presence of carbs (glucose) the body will undergo gluconeogenesis to produce sugars from non sugar precursors.
