This board seems like itís full of extremely knowledgeable members. A little about me - live in New Mexico (yes thatís in the United States, no you donít need a passport to come here) haha. 44 years old, training for 4 years and making good progress. I push it hard in the gym & have dialed in my diet and I love it. My only regret is getting involved in training so late in the game compared to some of you young guys. Been on TRT for a little over a year and itís been life changing. I look forward to absorbing all of the info here and participating when appropriate.

    thanks

Welcome aboard. You got a late start but the guys who got an early one have broken down by 40. You close the gap quick.

Welcome man, I'm only 4 years younger than you and although I've been going to the gym for 20yrs on/off it's only been the last probably 8 or so I've really been taking it serious. I'm building up just fine! Fat loss was a little harder but that's about it. What @snake said is true, many who have been lifting forever are pretty beat up now, you'll probably do it a lot smarter. Sadly I'm one of them that when I was lifting in my 20's was doing it like a shithead and my joints aren't great either, especially the shoulders. Adapt and overcome man!

I agree with you and @Snake. Iím fortunate the have the sense to ensure I rested. You want to take care of the joints and from injury. Iím just happy that others think I am in my 30ís looking as I do; but I am 46. In theory, you want others to say ďwow, you still look like that at your age?Ē

I hadn’t looked at it like that. Thanks for the change in perspective.
