If I sit with my left leg bent at my desk or while driving, after some time I will feel pressure building where the quadriceps tendon meets the patella.
When I straighten the leg it pops. It doesn't hurt. It's like when you crack your knuckles. My right leg did it today when I got up from my recliner.
I believe I've heard that when you crack your knuckles it because of gas in the joint. Is that true? Can the knee be the same way?
Any ideas?
