Hello all! Another new guy here basically looking for info on how to get my body back in shape again. I am 46 years old 5’10” and 260 pounds. I don’t consider myself obese, but definitely pushing those boundaries! When I joined the military nearly 30 years ago I was 4% body fat. I would like to get down to around 9-12% I think while maintaining 200lbs. My diet is my first hurdle I think. Anyways, I hope to learn everything I need to know about how to obtain those goals from all of you, so HELLO!
