    New Guy

    I understand that on UG people donít share sources. Iím not asking for one.

    For the last year Iíve used Reddit (dted23) and Steroid Source Talk (dted23). I started a cycle in the summer, but reacted so low to it that I suspected my source wasnít legit.

    The guys on SST said I just be a low-responder, because my bloods showed total test around 1600 after 500mg of Test-E weekly.

    I then, on the advice of others from Reddit and SST, added in additional compounds from a second source and saw no additional results. Clearly, I got slightly elevated test and some results, just not much more than I would have through my additional food intake and workout intensity.

    I got frustrated.

    I have made significant gains this year. Up from 190lbs to 210 (pre-piss). My lats and shoulders have improved, and natty my shoulders would get compliments despite my smaller frame (naturally skinny 5í10).

    lifts:
    overhead 2x190
    bench 3x250
    squat 3x375
    deadlift 2x405

    Your test results for 500mg/wk look low. I would count this as underdosed for sure.

    Yeah. That’s what I figured. I’m on the hunt for something that isn’t, but I have a little time. I need to PCT a little before trying one more cycle before the honeymoon.

    I still have some breath to waste so I'm telling you, ya dont need gear to get those numbers up. At 5-9 210, I can tell ya there's natty guys who can put a 1 in front of those reps and still hit that weight

    Yeah, you’re right: I could bring those up on my own. Especially if I’m a low-responder, I might as well double down on nutrition and programming.

    But obviously given the option for shortcuts I’d take them, it’s hard being content with progress and being patient. Should be though.

    One question I had was how long were you pinning 500/wk before you got your blood drawn, and then also did you get drawn right before the next injection or after?
