    Cycle Advice

    Hey everyone, long time lurker here on UGBB. I'm active on AA. I've run several cycles since Jan 2018 (started at 30 years old & 140lbs) This will be my first cycle using NPP &Dbol.

    I intend to use the following:
    M, W, F: 200mg Test Prop, 100mg NPP
    T, Thr: 200mg Tren E, 200mg EQ
    Dbol 30/mg Ed for 4 weeks.

    I've leaned out pretty well and added quite a bit of size (I'm sitting around 185lbs) since gyms reopened here in June. I've heard Dbol can cause alot of bloat due to Estrogen. I have some AI and intend to cut out sodium, any other tips or advice would be appreciated!

    That's almost 2 grams total per week, and you only weigh 185 lbs.

    I'd take a better look at your diet and/or training, and general lifestyle.

    Tren e 400mg/week
    Eq 400mg/week
    Dbol 210mg/week

    I agree with Jin ... start with an intro ... share your results from your 1st 2 cycles ... starting with what you ran and for how long ... include daily calories and mass adds from each cycle ... with some basic info we will be capable of giving you the feedback you're looking for ... i would definitely not start cycle number 3 until you've done more research ... at least you're here make the best use of this resource ... many very knowledgeable members here ... welcome to SI ...

    dbol makes me feel euphoric and itll load mass on you fast, but its sloppy....go with tbol, youll most likely end up with pretty much the same gains without the slop and you can run it longer. nandrolone is another wet compound. ive done the wet shit, i like the dry shit so much better......the scale dosent jump as high on the dry shit but i look so much better in the mirror. your story sounds like mine except your ahead. skip the nandrolone if your experience, which it sounds like try this and thank me later

    week 1-12 test 350
    week 1-12 eq 600
    week 1-12 dhb 300

    throw in an oral if you like but run it at the very end. alot of hype on how dhb pip is really bad, you just mix it with the eq in the needle and the test and it aint nothing, youll get drier lean gains from this and the look it can give you is amazing. if you do throw an oral in remember use it at the end, taxing the liver at the beginning of a cycle can reduce the cycles effectiveness, also its not good to hold water right from the gate. i stay away from dbol and anadrol know that im older and wiser, but those 2 slop on the weight. try tbol..very effective and very underated.
