Aye I'm 21 I been working out since I was 14 was about 190 before gyms closed and shit and got down to like 170 I'm 5'9-5'10 with no gym but back into it now and gonna pull the trigger soon on my first bike when I get some size back so any advice would be more then welcome not gonna say I know everything or I'm smarter then you or anything but I'm not a complete noob been working out awhile and want someone knowledgeable not some smuck no need to try to talk me out of it ain't gonna happen just an fyi I know what I'm getting into 100%
