    Lately I’ve been concentrating more on each rep then weight or quantity of the workouts. I have to say I feel the difference as well as starting to see it. Also getting sore again which I love I know people are gonna be like getting sore does not mean shit this and that but personally and mentally I feel it works better for me that way I know when the muscle is ready to get worked again and no better feeling then walking around all day sore every time you feel it you know you did a good job.

    Was your Back Day affected by the Biceps Day the day prior? Curious if it caused you to fail any exercises before your back was fully worked, due to biceps failing first.

    Oh, and I like soreness too, but just a little. Let's me know that I definitely hit what I wanted. I think too much soreness and you spend too much time recovering, so less time actually growing.

    Honestly didn’t affect me at all for some damn reason I can do like 5-6 workouts on my biceps and they barley ever get sore it’s a stubborn muscle for me for some reason. Actually kind of felt good on my biceps when ever they got stretched.

    Think I have to start experimenting with odd workouts for them see if they works.

    I use to hate doing back too now it’s one of my fav days.

    I did three different curls yesterday and barely feel anything in my arms.

    I may need to lower weight, do high reps, and chase the pump.

    My traps are like that too.

    yeah as heavy as you can get to get the most reps out of less rest between sets slow negatives I throw everything at them I can man.

    I think I should allow more rest by cutting down frequency maybe we’ll see lol
