Newer to the forum, I did try to search this first, but am not coming up with any solid answer. I’m running 10 Winny/ 10 Anavar daily both oral. Pinning prop weekly.
my question is: what is everyone who is stacking var/win doing timing wise? I saw some threads here recommending to split dose in half and take 5mgs at a time. I’ve liked doing that so far. But which of the two do you prefer to take a half hour to an hour before the workout? My workout goal is performance over looks( similar to getting ready for boot camp).
