I’m been working out for 8 years. I enjoy riding bikes and kayaking. Just checking out the forum to see if I could learn more about juice and different types of workouts.

142 lbs get back to 165 lbs by summer. I was always told to do 1.5 grams of protein per lbs and I eat 3500 to 4000 calories day. What y’all think? Food I eat a lot of chicken breast 4 or 5 day 6oz and rice asparagus salads bread For dinner usually eat 12oz steak and salad Breakfast 3 boiled eggs and oatmeal meal toast. Oh and I’m 33

Welcome. What's your height, current workout routine, BF %(guestimate), etc? You want to be 165 but what kind of 165? Like snake ^^^^^^ here? Leaner, thicker?

The general message will be for you to get back into it hot and heavy and make solid progress before even considering any "juice".

Welcome to the underground! I wouldn’t trade my health or mobility for mass either. With the diet and macros you mentioned at your size and height you should easily be able to achieve your mentioned goal without gear.

Same process but just takes longer!
