Just getting back into the gym
I’m been working out for 8 years. I enjoy riding bikes and kayaking. Just checking out the forum to see if I could learn more about juice and different types of workouts.Wanna explain a little more about yourself? In this game if you "wanna go fast" that isn't the way.

Yes I just started back. Been out for about year
142 lbs get back to 165 lbs by summer. I was always told to do 1.5 grams of protein per lbs and I eat 3500 to 4000 calories day. What y’all think? Food I eat a lot of chicken breast 4 or 5 day 6oz and rice asparagus salads bread For dinner usually eat 12oz steak and salad Breakfast 3 boiled eggs and oatmeal meal toast. Oh and I’m 33Welcome!!
