Try this...shoulders and arms...rest...legs...rest.chest and back...rest...rest...each body part one day a week...m-w-f...go super heavy...i.e. shoulder presses with 225...tricep extensions with 135...etc...nice change for winter...

The one Im working with is

Mon-Shoulders/Neck
Tues-Legs/Abdominals
Wed-Rest
Thurs-Chest/Tris
Fri- Back/Bis

On September 5th I started an Upper/Lower/Rest/Push/Pull/Legs/Rest split. I'm 3.5 months in roughly. I have experienced more aesthetic results than I have 1RM results. I have really like it until I read this thread. :32 (7):

For me I find that more frequency works best for me.
push, pull, legs rest repeat. My workouts are shorter but I find that hurting each muscle twice a week with less volume than when I do the bro split allows me to train with more intensity
same volume at the end of the week as I did with a bro split but split into two workouts.
