I’ve come here because I’ve been struggling with some of my goals and wanted to look for the community! I’m 19 165 pounds right now and 6 foot. I’ve been cutting for several weeks now. And have went down from 173 to 165 and was originally at 14% body fat. I eat the same thing every day and it’s based off of 40/40/20 and I also am carb cycling. I eat 5 eggs in the morning, then vegan plant based protein powder, salmon, and chicken. On a low carb day. Then same things on a higher carb day but with sweet potatoe and steal cut oats. It comes out to 188g carbs 188g protein and 42g fat. Carbs are lot lower when on a low carb day and the other two stay the same. Thoughts everyone. I do vigorous HIIT workouts that last around 25 minutes. And weightlifting after those.
